$315 is the maximum per payment for a single student. Please add $12 per payment for each additional half hour
of instruction to a maximum of $425 per payment for two or more
children in the same family.
Tuition is based on a course fee and remains the same regardless of attendance. This includes any school closings due to holiday and cancellation due to natural causes (i.e. snow-days). There will be no make-ups or refunds for missed lessons.
Tuition paid in full by cash or check by October 7th will receive a 5% discount (on tuition only). Credit cards are accepted with no discount given. Each payment will be due the first week of the month, however, the first payment is due before your first class and the last payment by May 1st.
A payment is considered late if received after the 7th of the month and a $5.00 late charge will be posted to your account. Late fees will accrue every month tuition remains delinquent. Students with accounts delinquent in excess of 30 days will not be permitted to take class.
REGISTRATION FEES
There is a non-refundable $45.00 registration fee when registering one child or a $65.00 registration fee per family, when registering more than one child. This payment is due at the time of registration.
COSTUME FEES
Costume fees are $75 per class. Costume fees for combo split are $150 (this fee includes 2 costumes). Costume deposits for competitive classes are $75 (competitive classes will be charged extra if the costume exceeds the $75 deposit). Your costume fee is due with your October payment. There will be a $10.00 late fee on each costume deposit not received by November 15th. Your costume will not be ordered if your fee is not paid in full. Costumes are ordered through catalogs. There may be alterations which will be your responsibility. There will be no refunds after November 15th, as costumes have been ordered. Any costumes not claimed by June 1st will be donated.
RECITAL/REHEARSAL FEE
In April there is a $75.00 recital/rehearsal fee per child OR a $120 recital/rehearsal fee per family. This fee includes 2 tickets and a student ticket for the dancer for each recital they are in. They will also receive a digital download of their recital and a memory book.
